As a Project Management Professional (PMP), Oleg brings structured, process-driven thinking to TYM's operations. He has built and refined the firm's client onboarding workflows, service delivery timelines, and quality control processes for the US market.
Oleg works closely with Elena Serebryany and the broader TYM team to ensure that US clients receive the same level of service quality and responsiveness as Canadian clients, and that cross-border engagements are coordinated seamlessly between the two offices.
