Currently serving as Accounting and Finance Manager at Caring Communities Shared Services, she oversees financial operations, ensures compliance with accounting standards, and supports leadership with accurate reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Prior to her current role, Kate worked as an Audit Senior at BDO USA, where she conducted financial statement audits, evaluated internal controls, and supported clients in regulatory compliance and risk management. Earlier in her career, she held roles as an auditor and accountant, developing strong expertise in financial analysis, variance analysis, and operational accounting. She also managed insurance department operations at USA Vein Clinics, gaining cross functional experience in financial administration and process management. Kate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Roosevelt University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
